 [软件测试]软件测试培训有感

1.软件测试工程师：如何有效地发现直观的Bug，发现Bug后如何有效的整理，归档，反馈测试结果给开发人员和部门经理，可借助第三方工具协助完成以上工作；（功能测试和提高自身技能能发现绝大多数的直观Bug）；
2.软件开发工程师：如何有效地避免潜在的Bug，发现Bug后如何有效的定位，修复，反馈修正结果给测试人员和部门经理，可借助第三方工具协助完成以上工作；（单元测试能和提高自身技能避免绝大多数的潜在Bug）；
3.软件测试工程师和开发工程师之间的关系在现阶段既不对立也不统一：
不对立表现在：工作指责本身就不同，所以谈不上矛盾；由上述两点可知；
不统一表现在：1.大多数的时间中，开发人员仍习惯于先编写好程序，然后运行它并观看结果来除错，能够编写测试程序已属难能可贵，真正能作到测试驱动（Test-Driven）的就更加稀有了；2.测试人员更多局限与功能测试，很少能参与到开发阶段的测试（不排除有开发，测试皆精通的工程师）；
4.其他：Bug发现以后怎么修改，如果只是一些好像教科书上的界面设计的Bug，边界越界的Bug还好办。如果是设计上引起的问题，可能会牵一发而动全身，所以测试的结果好坏又取决于开发人员的设计能力和对技术的掌握程度；(PS:个人还是比较喜欢做单元测试:))
下午我们项目组20人一行,参加了一个关于软件测试的培训。
培训的参加人员主要有：
培训方:国内某通讯公司软件测试部代表；
客户代表:XX市领导；
我方项目组20余人项目经理；实施经理；服务工程师；定制工程师；系统维护工程师；软件测试工程师；软件开发工程师；
可见这是一次多么轰轰烈烈，深入人心的培训活动，覆盖面之广，已经渗透到项目组的每个人。
培训的主要内容：
普及了一些软件测试的的基础知识；测试的类型；测试方式方法；
阐述了测试在软件开发中的重要性和在团队中与其他工作人员的关系；
中场休息；看来一个介绍Microsoft一天工作的短片；吃了一些水果；500)this.width=500'>
举了两个教科书形式的软件测试案例并穿插现场互动；规范的软件界面设计的案例；边界测试的案例（这个弄的有点尴尬，谁也没往这方面想，而且问了几个人都是服务组的工程师500)this.width=500'>）；

培训结束
培训的效果：
培训方是指点江山，激扬文字，口才也还不错；
客户代表估计是不知所云，当时一定觉得很无聊；
项目经理和实施经理感觉还是蛮积极配合的（可能在想如果照开发人员和测试人员1：2的比例的话，想要提高公司现在的测试力量估计还得请不少人，需要好多Money呀）；
服务工程师，定制工程师，系统维护工程师都有些心不在焉的，参与现场活动的时候弄得蛮尴尬的；
双方测试工程师找到知音，互相寒暄，交流了一下工作；
项目组中其他几位开发水平很高的同事就不知道是怎么想的了，我只是得出了上面几点浅薄不成熟的想法；
提问阶段：
问了几个不知所云的问题，就草草结束了；
这个培训只能作为项目验收阶段和测试方的一次交流活动，效果并不怎么理想，感觉与实际还是有很大的差距，不知道国内测试力量充足的团队实际一天的工作是如何开展的，以及他们是如何参与到开发中去的，短短的一个培训还是不过瘾呀。 |
