opee2011 call for papers OPEE is an annual International Conference on Optics, Photonics and Energy Engineering sponsored by IITA. OPEE was started in 2010. The conferences will be held in BeiJing, China (2011). Explore the rapidly expanding roles of optics and photonics in advanced energy generation and conservation, including optical systems issues. 2011 International Conference on Optics, Photonics and Energy Engineering (OPEE 2011) brings together experts from across the energy value chain and addresses key topics in research and in development barriers and opportunities for accelerating the impact of optics and photonics on energy technologies. OPEE 2011 will be published by IEEE, Which will be inedexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.Best Papers will be invited to submit revised and expanded version of their papers to be considered for publication in special issues of well-known international journals (such as Journal of Computaional Information System, EI indexed). OPEE2011 is in the list of IEEE conferences. All accepted papers by OPEE2008, OPEE2009, OPEE2010 had been included in EI Compendex and ISTP Database less than 4 month after conference. "Informatin management system" and "Frontier of information technology workshops have been accepted by PC of OPEE2010, papers in these feild are welcome too.
