We are delighted to invite you to participate in 2011 2nd International Conference on Innovative Computing and Communication and 2011 Asia-Pacific Conference on Information Technology and Ocean Engineering, in changsha , March 19-20, 2011 http://www.ited.org.cn/apwcs2011/index.htm
APWCS is a leading Asia-Pacific Conference on Wearable Computing Systems. APWCS was started in 2010.  
The theme of APWCS 2011 is: Wearable Systems for Tomorrow's Industry with a vision to sink present innovative international research and source for the development of tomorrow's computing system. The mission is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Wearable Systems, Usability, HCI and Human Factors to a common forum.

Publication
All accepted papers will appear in conference proceedings published by the IEEE-CS , Selected good papers(100 papers) will appear in the 《Journal of Computational Information Systems》 .

Paper Submission Deadline: Jan. 5, 2011
Acceptance Notification: Jan.25, 2011
Camera Ready Due: Jan.30, 2011

Submission of Papers
Submissions should include an abstract, 5-10 keywords, e-mail address of the corresponding author, and not exceed 4 pages(IEEE Proceedings Manuscripts style: two columns, single-spaced), including tables, figures and references, using 10 fonts, and number each page, in PDF, PostScript, or MS Word format. All papers will be handled electronically; the online submission system is here.
We will follow rigorous reviewing process. Submission of a paper should be regarded as assurance that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present it.
